Niki has been a Physical Therapist since 1995, receiving her degree from University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio.  She returned to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014.   Prior to opening Koop Physical Therapy, she was privileged to work in many different environments and under excellent, well trained PT’s.  This gives her an eclectic approach using various tools, techniques and research to provide recovery for the patient.  She is Kinesiotape certified and most skilled in orthopedic manual therapy.

Billie Finley, PTA

Billie received her degree in 2007 from Austin Community College.  She began working for Koop Physical Therapy in 2008.  She is Kinesiotape certified and is highly skilled with chronic pain patients as well as functional manual therapy and orthopedics.  She is a great people person.
